According to their Director of Health Promotion and Public Affairs, "The Goal of the campaign is to raise public awareness and promote hands-only CPR."
On October 25, they'll be using the video to attempt the Guinness World Record for largest number of people trained in CPR at one time. Yep. There's a record for that, and it's currently held by Singapore where 7,909 people were trained in CPR at once. (I know. I had no idea either.)
